Alongside factory audits, we offer 100% product inspections. We conduct rigorous on-site audits using AQL standards and thorough inspections to identify hidden defects, support shipment quality, and reduce risk. We keep the process transparent to help prevent surprises.
1. Verify product compliance and improve quality; independent, impartial reports also help reduce disputes.
2. Detect and correct problems early through professional inspections, reducing the risk of buyers receiving nonconforming goods and protecting their interests.
3. Build trust and help prevent later disputes or litigation. Credible reports can also support customs clearance and market access while reducing rework and return costs.
4. Give businesses insight into suppliers and help optimize the supply chain.
Information Consistency: We compare products against contracts and purchase orders, checking the model, specifications, batch, brand, and manufacturing details, including production and expiration dates. This helps verify compliance with agreed terms and the importing country's labeling rules.
Quantity and Packaging: We sample according to AQL standards and check the full quantity. We also inspect outer cartons, confirm that packaging materials suit transport, and check that protective cushioning is in place.
Appearance Defects: We check for scratches, color differences, deformation, and similar issues. Where product standards apply, we use specialized tools to measure whether appearance meets the required specifications.
Workmanship: We check whether welding, bonding, assembly, and printing meet the required standards. Trial assembly helps verify that all parts are present, easy to use, and structurally sound.
Core Functions: Depending on the product, we test usability, leak resistance, battery life, and other functions. For safety products, we pay particular attention to protective features and applicable safety standards in the importing country.
Performance Parameters: We use specialized equipment to measure key properties, such as textile colorfastness, hardware hardness, and heavy-metal migration in food-contact products, against the tolerances specified in the contract.
Raw Material Authenticity: We check materials against contract specifications, analyze them with specialized tools, and screen for prohibited or restricted substances under environmental rules, such as heavy metals covered by RoHS and substances of very high concern under REACH.
Component Content: We analyze food additives, active cosmetic ingredients, and other components to verify compliance and effectiveness.
Labels and Markings: We review product labels, packaging, and instructions for the importing country's official language, mandatory markings such as barcodes and certification marks, and complete usage information.
Document Checks: We verify that accompanying documents—such as certificates of conformity, test reports, and certificates of origin—are complete and consistent with the goods and contract.
Special Products: For dangerous goods, we review packaging grade, labels, and safety data sheets (MSDS). For temperature-controlled goods, we measure and record temperature, freshness, and package integrity. We inspect customized products against drawings or samples.
Sampling and Records: We sample according to AQL standards, document and photograph the inspection process, and issue a report with findings and corrective recommendations to maintain traceability.
